Riding Bikes
The girls love riding their bikes in the driveway. They go around and around the truck. Ashlyn especially loves the big bike with training wheels. She does a really good job pedaling and turning. It's funny to just watch her go- she can go for quite a while. She doesn't seem big enough to ride a bike! Sometimes I have to give her a little push, but then she goes again. Rylee does a good job too. I guess we need to get her another bike so she can learn to ride without training wheels. Then Ashlyn can still ride the one with training wheels for another couple of years.

You should teach Rylee on the little bike before buying a bigger bike. That's the only thing that worked for Noah, the bigger bike was just too big at first to balance, but once he learned on the little bike the big one was no problem!
ReplyDeleteI was thinking of a little bike, just without training wheels. I thought it would be kind of a hassle to take them on and off. They fight over that bike, so they each need one!
