Myrt's Birthday

Friday we went to Myrt's to celebrate her birthday with her.
It was the first time Kaylie had been over there.

 I love Kaylie's zebra pants.
Her bum is so cute!

 Happy Birthday, Myrt!
Mom made yummy carrot cake.

Kaylie was smiling at Grandpa.

Rylee loves when Myrt's birthday comes because she knows hers is next.
Tomorrow is her big day.
She is excited to take cupcakes to her class tomorrow.
We got cupcakes with Ice Age, Wizard of Oz, and Cars rings.
I got 30 cupcakes at Walmart for $10.
Can't beat that!

Kaylie This Week

These are just a few of the many faces she made- she's such cutie!

Kaylie loves to be on this mat and see the toys and kick the ball.
I've actually been able to get some scrapbooking done when she's playing.
Finally- I'm way behind!!!
I haven't started Kaylie's at all.
And I'm still working on before she was born.
It never ends!!

Arrrr!!!

Yesterday we went to Grandma's house to celebrate National Talk Like a Pirate Day.  It's actually September 19, but they went to California last week to see Lindsay's family and to go to Disneyland.  So we celebrated when they got home.  Grandma had all the pirate gear.  We all love pirate day!

The girls even helped Grandpa dress up!

Sleeping Beauties

They start the night fighting and hating that they share a bed,
but they usually end up pretty close together or cuddling.
So sweet!
(and yes, Ashlyn is wearing Santa pjs-
she's excited for Christmas!)

A New Kind of Art

Rylee stacked four or five markers together and drew some pictures standing up.  The crazy thing was that she draws better that way than I do normally!  You'd think it would be harder, but she made it look easy!

As you can tell from her picture of a witch and her pjs,
she is way excited for Halloween!

Tummy Time

A Little Stroll

Such a little doll!
Kaylie actually loved it- maybe as much as her sisters!

2 Months Old!

Yesterday Kaylie turned two months old.
I can't believe how fast time has gone by!

She went in for a check-up today.
She weighs 11 pounds, 11 ounces (65th percentile).
She is 23 1/2 inches long (85th percentile).
And she's doing great!

She was supposed to get shots, but the nurse wasn't there to do it.
So we have to get that done next week- not looking forward to it!
