Water Park in Rexburg

Ashlyn, Graham, and Rylee

Rylee

Ashlyn and Graham

I really need to stop taking so many pictures- everybody is probably so sick of seeing so much of my kids! But we've done some fun stuff so I just wanted to share!

We went with Angie and Graham to a water park in Rexburg. She went last week with her sister and said how much fun it was. I really thought Rylee would have liked it more than she did. Ashlyn loved it though. It was a splash park, but I think the girls would rather be in a pool. Ashlyn went down a slide a few times. Rylee acted like she was miserable. She saw the carousel and that's all she wanted to do was go on it. So after we played a little and ate lunch, we went on it. We had fun though! Thanks Angie and Graham for going with us!

Fun in the Pool

We got our pool out and the girls had so much fun.
The water was freezing cold,
but it was so hot that we didn't care too much!

Naps

Lately when Ashlyn wakes up from her nap she doesn't call for me, she calls for Rylee. It's so cute! She even acts a little disappointed when I go in and get her instead of Rylee.

This picture was after a nap when I went to get her as she was calling for Rylee. I laid her by Rylee and they were both as happy as can be- I love it!

We Love You, Cory!

The girls love (to torture) their Uncle Cory. You can tell by the looks of joy on their faces. And Cory's so good to let them do it- he's pretty easygoing.

Tying Things Up

Rylee ties everything up. And she does a good job! Sometimes she will tie up the cupboards or doors so I can't get them open! Crazy, funny girl!

Feeding the Ducks

Graham and Angie

Ashlyn and I went with Angie and Graham to feed the ducks. Ashlyn had so much fun running around and seeing the ducks. I think she wanted to swim with them- she got very close to the edge. Rylee wanted to stay at Oma's and play with the puppies. The girls have loved playing with Graham and Angie!

Funny Girl

When Matt was chasing Ashlyn, she ran under Rylee's bed to hide.
I don't know where she learned that or that she could even fit under there!

She found herself a little chair with the play-doh bucket.

Here she is in her chair reading.
The "book" is really a Hello Kitty thing that makes shapes with play-doh,
but she was reading it like a book because it opens like a book!
So funny!

Are These My Children?

The first time Ashlyn wanted to hold it.

Rylee in love.

Fighting over who gets to hold him now.

Rylee won.

This kid loves them most of all!
(The puppy is sleeping with Matt-
I didn't get a very good picture of her!)

Yes, this dog is really in my house with what I think are my children! Matt's mom bought a couple of dogs a few days ago and Rylee and Ashlyn LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! Rylee warmed right up and wanted to hold them from the second she saw them. It took Ashlyn a little while, but now she always wants to hold them too. So Oma let us take one of the dogs home for a while and Rylee held it in the car and rocked her and hummed to her- it was so cute! Yesterday she said to Hailey, "Hailey, should I buy one of the puppies from you?" I think Helma and Matt are conspiring against me so that we have to get a dog! They're getting the girls to love them and then I'm the one that has to say no, we can't have a puppy at our house! But we sure love to visit them at Oma's!! I have to say that they are cute as long as I'm not touching them or have to be the one to clean up after them!!

We're Loving Summer!

Please excuse their messy hair- I was lucky to get them dressed! I did do it later though!

Father's Day

Looking pretty just before church.

With Opa

With Grandpa Jensen

Jumping on the tramp when we got home.

Ashlyn's wearing my shoes- she LOVES shoes!
Especially ones that are too big!

Sitting with Daddy.

Checking out Daddy's owie.
(I'm not sure what happened to Ashlyn's dress!)

Happy Father's Day!

Dad, I need to take more pictures of you!!
This is from a long time ago.

I want to wish a great Father's Day to all of the fathers in my life, especially my own for always being there for me and being a great example of how I should live my life. And Matt for being an awesome father to our girls.

Dad, Matt, Don, Grandpa Ludlow, and Grandpa Blatter, you are all wonderful fathers, grandfathers, and great-grandfathers. You're the best and I love you all so much!

So Much Fun!

Angie and Graham came to visit us last night- as Rylee said when they left, "That was so much fun!" They are visiting from Pennsylvania while my brother-in-law is in medical school. We haven't seen them since Christmas, so it was fun to see how much Graham has grown. The cousins had so much fun playing together. We saw the neighbor's bunnies, jumped on the tramp, saw the other neighbor's dogs, and played on the swingset. It was too bad that the other neighbor's horses weren't there- it would have been like a zoo! We hope to do more fun stuff with them while they're here for a few weeks.
